    • Previously: FitBod - sluggish interface and no data export option, though I eventually got it by emailing them.
  • Diet tracker: MacroFactor. Data export isn't what it could be, it just opens it in a spreadsheet, so make sure to have Google Sheets installed.

  • Toothbrush: Philips One by Sonicare - compact, lightweight, good battery, charges with a USB-A to USB-C cable. The only improvement here would be the ability to charge with a real USB-C cable.

  • Floss: Cocofloss. Jury's still out here.
    • Previously Oral-B Glide: An association study suggested it could cause higher PFAS, but the evidence is weak. Microplastics?

  • Watch: Garmin Forerunner 165. Downsides are that it can't track the rapid heart rate rises of HIIT (use a heart band if you need this) and does sleep stages poorly (Oura seems better). Upsides are availability, relatively low price, good screen visibility so you can easily check heart rate.
